Interchangeable tops for hollow cutters

It all comes down to the top !

The modular structure of our cutters give you the possibility to only change what you would like to change.
This means if you like to create e.g. a ball nose end mill from a regular end mill, you don’t have to swap the whole cutter. Our cutter enable you to exchange the tops only.
Due to its flexible structure, we can offer a great range of varieties of cutter tops.
This allows you to build the perfect cutter for each and every purpose with the greatest possible economic efficiency.

  • 45 degrees


  • ball

  • torus (different radii at customer’s request)


  • straight

Geometry determines the form of the top.
There are four different categories of these specific forms: ball, torus, straight, 45 degrees.
Please let us know which radius you need for the form of the torus.

top versions





  • basic version

  • special design (rasp)



The milled version is suited for high performance according to its cutting and forward speed.
The version of the rasp is best suited for delicate contours (only applicable for EPS processing).

materials




  • aluminum (blanc)



  • aluminum (coated with ceramic)




  • steel



Blanc aluminum fits best to standard materials like EPS.

Aluminum coated with ceramic is used for the version of HSK.

Steel suits best robust and solid materials like XPS.
