Working in the area of hydraulics, it depends primarily on the quality of the materials since work is done at high pressure.
This is why we use crack-proven materials only and why we especially look after a production that is free of cracked edges, so that no foreign matter finds its way into the system.
Screwed connections are produced in part with muting. Hence, they can be manufactured from both sides simultaneously in order to work in the most economical way. All types of threads can be produced – including Withworth, UNF, UNE and NPT.

During the model making processes, appearance is of great importance. Therefore pieces are manufactured with great care and – of course – with the right tools in order to create the best surfaces possible. It is also possible to tumble the pieces, which makes sharp corners and edges round.
If you wish, we can also coat pieces made of aluminum in different colors.
