The SpeedMaster is a hollow cutter of the latest generation.
It is made of special steel or aluminum and is used for the work on stryofoam, soft and hard foam and similar materials. Because of the twisted cutters, the large-volume chipping space and the perfectly positioned suction holes, the cutter is able to exhaust styrofoam chips occurring during the milling process. This is also possible when the cutter is pushed forward deeply. This is why also drilling itself is not a problem at all. The helical arrangement of the knife edges combined with chip breakers allows to push forward deeply without causing too much noise. Even delicate projects, like tiny bridges and ribs, are manageable due to the very low pressure during the milling process. Tools are dynamically balanced on two levels, which causes them to run quietly and smoothly at low vibration levels. The result is: perfectly clean surfaces.
Moreover, the cutter tops are replaceable and interchangeable, which make the cutter quickly renewable after war and tear but also flexible if simply another top is needed.
These interchangeable tops are available with the radius of the sphere, the straight, and the corner and with a 45°-layout.

As a basic version we supply this cutter with the disc-flange 78/8mm in order to build up clamping* with the union nut.
