Our rasp hollow cutters, which are made of special steel and are hand-made, work with a low specific surface pressure due the multitude of small teeth. Hence, this ensures good dimensional stability with soft foam because the material is not dragged into the cutter during the milling process. The milling tools are dynamically balanced in two planes, which is why they run so smoothly. Because of its little teeth the rasp hollow cutter makes only quiet grinding noises. Due to the many advantages – as there are: light weight, little surface pressure, low noise, running smoothness – the cutter is best suited for portable machines as well. This includes cutter with or without internal suction. This particular cutter has less chipping space than the SpeedMaster and therefore it is not possible to push so much forward too far. But – just like the SpeedMaster – this cutter generates perfectly done and clean surfaces. The tools can be delivered with an interchangeable top at customer’s request. This additional top will make this tool more flexible.
